The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is an ASM Global managed facility, and a partnership between the communities of Midland, Odessa, and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Established to develop a national venue for the performing arts in West Texas. Since the doors opened in November of 2011, hundreds of artists have performed on the Wagner Noël stage.

The Ector County Coliseum is minutes away, and home of the Ector County Fair, Permian Basin Oil Show, Jackolopes NAHL Hockey team, and the West Texas Roughnecks Arena Football team! There are also carnivals, concerts, circuses, monster trucks, and gun Show's! Great for the whole family!

Sherwood Park is located directly across the street from our beautiful apartments. Enjoy a 1.2 mile exercise/bike trail, pavilions, picnic tables, creative children’s equipment, community center, baseball and soccer fields, sand volleyball, and tennis. It is also home to the Ruben Pier Memorial Skatepark, the best skatepark in Odessa.
